Abstract

Endiinski antitumorski antibiotici su jedinstvena skupina spojeva koji svoju aktivnost iskazuju stvaranjem vrlo reaktivnog 1,4-didehidrobenzenskog biradikala koji pokazuje sposobnost cijepanja dvostruke DNA uzvojnice. U svrhu pronalaženja novih, jednostavnijih endiinskih struktura koje bi djelovale selektivno, u okviru ovog diplomskog rada, priređeni su endiinski derivati alanina i leucina s aromatskom premosnicom. Dobiveni simetrično, N→N, premošteni produkti {3,3'-bis[N-(2-nitrobenzensulfonil)-L-alanin etilni ester]}-1,2-di(prop-1-in-3-il)benzen (11) i {3,3'-bis[N-(2-nitrobenzensulfonil)-L-leucin etilni ester]}- 1,2-di(prop-1-in-3-il)benzen (12) su detaljno okarakterizirani 1H i 13C NMR spektroskopskom analizom.

Abstract (english)

Enediyne anticancer antibiotics are unique class of compounds which express their activity by forming highly reactive 1,4-didehydrobenzenoid diradical capable of causing the DNA double helix breakage. For the purpose of finding new, simplier enediyne structures that would react selectively, within the framework of this Graduate Thesis, enediyne derivatives of alanin and leucin with the aromatic bridge have been prepared. Simetrically, N→N, bridged products 11 and 12 comprising aromatic type of enediyne moiety were characterized by 1H i 13C NMR spectroscopic analysis in detail.
