Abstract

U radu eksperimentalno je prikazan utjecaj volumena regenerativnog sredstva na regeneraciju ionskih izmjenjivača. Rezultati su pokazali da je važniji postupak zasićivanja nego volumen regenerativnog sredstva. Glavni cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je obrada otpadnih voda od regeneracije ionskih izmjenjivača membranskim procesima, koje se inače bacaju. Otpadne vode su obrađivane nanofiltracijom s membranama Filmtec NF45 i NF90 i reverznom osmozom membranom Filmtec TW30. Najbolje uklanjanje iona postiglo se pri iskorištenju od 25% za sve procese. Obradom vode reverznom osmozom postigli su se najbolji rezultati. Faktor separacije za kalcij iznosio je 100%, za natrij 26%, za kloride 57% i za TDS 91%. Na osnovu toga se može preporučiti kao potencijalna metoda za obradu otpadnih voda od regeneracije ionskih izmjenjivača.

Abstract (english)

The influence of regeneration solution volume on regeneration process of ion exchangers is shown in this work. The results have shown that the mode of exchanger's saturation has more influence on the quantity of adsorbed ions than the volume of regeneration solution. The main goal of this work was to remove anorganic ions from wastewaters of ion exchange regeneration, which are usually discharged. The wastewater was treated by nanofiltration in two types with membranes Filmtec NF45, NF90 and also with reverse osmosis membrane Filmtec TW30. The best removal of ions was accomplished at recovery of 25% for all processes. The treatment of wastewater by reverse osmosis has given the best results. The separation factor was 100% for calcium, 26% for sodium, 57% for chlorides and 91% for TDS. Based on the results, the reverse osmosis can be recommended as a potential method for wastewater treatment of ion exchange regeneration.
