Abstract

Unatoč činjenici da hrana nikada nije bila sigurnija potrošači su zabrinutiji i sve kritičniji kada je hrana u pitanju. Primarni cilj ovoga rada bio je utvrditi postoje li promjene u percepciji rizika povezanih uz hranu. Stoga su uspoređeni rezultati istraživanja provedeni tijekom 2014. godine sa istraživanjima u Republici Hrvatskoj (2011) i Europskoj Uniji (2010). U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 518 građana Republike Hrvatske oba spola. Prema utvrđenim statistički značajnim razlikama u percepciji potrošača u odnosu na ranija istraživanja najznačajnije razlike odnose se na zabrinutost zbog nezdrave i neuravnotežene prehrane (p=0,002), nepovjerenje prema internetu (p=0,001) i medijima (p=0,006) te ostatke pesticida u hrani (0,005).

Abstract (english)

Despite the fact that food has never been safer consumers are more concerned and critical when it comes to food. The primary aim of this study was to determine whether there are changes in perception of risks associated with food. Therefore, comparisons of the results were made of research conducted during the 2014 th year from research in Croatia (2011) and the European Union (2010). The study included 518 Croatian citizens of both sexes. According to the established statistically significant differences in consumers perception in relation to previous studies the most significant differences relate to concerns about unhealthy and unbalanced diet (p=0,002), distrust of the internet (p=0,001) and the media (p=0,006) and pesticide residues in food (p=0,005).
