Abstract

Miješanje je tehnološka operacija kojom smanjujemo ili potpuno otklanjamo nejednolikosti neke mase, a u svrhu dobivanja produkata miješanja- homogenih ili heterogenih smjesa. Za miješanje se koriste različiti tipovi uređaja, ovisno o materijalu koji se miješa i raznolikosti svrhe miješanja. Kvaliteta miješanja ocjenjuje se stupnjem izmiješanosti. Cilj ovog rada bio je ispitati mogućnost primjene statičkih miješala s promjenljivim brojem pregrada i Kenics u svrhu miješanja dvokomponentne smjese. Komponente su miješane u različitim volumnim omjerima, a to je uz veličinu i oblik čestica osnovni faktor koji utječe na homogenost smjese. Raspodjela komponenata analizirana je statističkim metodama. Dobiveni eksperimentalni podaci obrađeni su matematički i prikazani grafički.

Abstract (english)

Mixing is technological operation that reduce or eliminate inequality in the mass with a goal to get homogeneous or heterogeneous products of mixing. There are different mixing devices whose choosing depends on the purpose of mixing as well as material type. The quality of mixing is estimated by the degree of mixedness. The aim of this work was to define the usage of static mixers with changeable number of chambers and Kenics type for two-component mixture blending. The components are mixed in different volume ratios that area together with particles size and shape the basic factors that affect mixture homogeneity. Distribution of components has been analyzed by statistical analysis. The results of experiments were mathematically calculated and represented graphically.
