Abstract

Cilj rada bio je određivanje masenog udjela u uzorcima početne i prijelazne hrane za dojenčad. Analitička mjerenja vršena su u automatskom analizatoru žive AMA 254 pri čemu su izmjerene mase i masene koncentracije žive u pojedinom uzorku dječje hrane. Pored toga, izračunat je maseni udio žive u jednom obroku te prosječni dnevni unos žive preko pojedinog tipa dječje hrane. Točnost dobivenih rezultata provjerena je metodom dodatka standarda te kontrolom pomoću certificirane poredbene tvari. Vrijednosti dobivenih masenih udjela žive u analiziranim uzorcima različite vrste dječje hrane ispod su zakonom dozvoljene vrijednosti.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this work was determining of mass concentration in infant formula and baby food samples. Analitical measurements have been made with rapid mercury analiser AMA 254 and measurements contain mass and mass concentration of mercury in baby food samples. Also, the concentration of mercury in one meal and average daily mercury intake through baby food are determinated. Punctuality of given results is checked by the method of standard additions and using certified reference material. The value of given concentrations of mercury in analised baby food samples are under permitted value.
