Abstract

Tijekom ovoga rada pripravljeni su višestupanjskom sintezom ferocenski sekundarni racemični karbinoli 2, 4 i 8 te odgovrajući acetati 9, 10 i 11. Pripravljeni supstrati podvrgnuti su enantioselektivnim transesterifikacijama pri čemu je ispitan utjecaj nekoliko parametara na te enzimske pretvorbe (temperatura, otapalo, acilirajući agens i mikrobne lipaze). Tijek pretvorbi praćen je HPLC-tehnikom uporabom kolona s obrnutim fazama, a optička čistoća dobivenih spojeva ispitana je na kiralnim kolonama.

Abstract (english)

In the course of this research the ferrocene-containing secondary racemic carbinols 2, 4 and 8, as well as the corresponding acetates 9, 10 and 11 were synthesized. The prepared compounds were submited to enantioselective transesterifications modifying several reaction parameters (temperature, solvent, acylating agent and microbial lipases) and monitored their effect on these biotransformations. The course of the conversions was followed by HPLC technique and the optical purity of the compounds prepared was examined on the chiral columns.
