Abstract

Ovaj završni rad uključuje razradu slijedećih točaka: praktične aspekte spektrometrije uz induktivno spregnutu plazmu, od izrade standarda za kalibraciju instrumenta, identifikacije i odabira najprikladnijih tehnika za pripravu uzoraka, njihovo neophodno razaranje prije unošenja u sam instrument, metode uvođenja uzorka u induktivno spregnutu plazmu, usporedbu atomske emisijske spektrometrije i spektrometrije masa te njihove prednosti i mane, smjernice za najučinkovitiji pristup za vođenje procesa kao i odabrane primjene koje opisuju prednosti koje ova tehnologija može ponuditi. Svi teoretski pristupi i metode navedene u ovom radu potkrijepljene su rezultatima eksperimentalnog rada, temeljitom razradom i zaključcima. Analiziranje i detektiranje mogućih tragova teških metala u aktivnim farmaceutskim supstancijama nužno je i neophodno u farmaceutskoj industriji koja se rapidno razvija, te iz tog razloga ovaj rad prikazuje njihovu teoretsku i praktičnu primjenu.

Abstract (english)

This final work covers following topics: the practical aspects of inductively coupled plasma spectrometry, from the preparation of standards for instrument calibration, to the identification and selection of the most appropriate sample preparation techniques for samples, the methods of sample introduction into an Inductively Coupled Plasma, the choice of atomic emission spectrometry or mass spectrometry and their inherent advantages and disadvantages, finally offering selected applications describing the advantages that this technology can offer. All theoretical approaches and methods listed in this final work were supported by the results of experimental work. All results are elaborated in the conclusions. Analyze and detection of possible traces of heavy metals in pharmaceutical active substances is necessary and essential in the pharmaceutical industry that is rapidly evolving, and therefore this final work presents their theoretical and practical application.
