Abstract

Poljoprivredni se proizvodi tretiraju pesticidima za vrijeme uzgoja kako bi se zaštitili od štetočina i vremenskih neprilika te nakon berbe kako bi im se produžio vijek trajanja. Pesticidi spadaju u toksične spojeve i zato bi njihova upotreba trebala biti racionalna i u duhu dobronamjerne prakse poljoprivrednih proizvođača, a prvenstveno zbog očuvanja zdravlja potrošača. U ovom su radu prikazani rezultati kvantitativne analize ostataka pesticida, Quechers metodom na plinskom kromatografu spojenom na spektrometar masa, u 14 uzoraka voća. Dobiveni rezultati su uspoređeni s Pravilnikom o maksimalnim razinama ostataka pesticida u i na hrani i hrani za životinje biljnog i životinjskog podrijetla, a čije su vrijednosti maksimalno dozvoljenih koncentracija iste vrijednostima zakonom propisanim u Europskoj uniji.

Abstract (english)

Agricultural products are treated with pesticides during cultivation in order to control against pests and bad weather conditions influences, as well as after harvest in order to prolong the life span. Pesticides are toxic compounds and therefore their use should be rational with benevolent intention by farmers, primarily due to preservation of consumers health. This paper presents the quantitative analysis results of pesticide residues by Quechers method on a gas chromatograph linked to tandem mass spectrometer, in 14 fruit samples. These results are compared with Regulation on maximum residue levels of pesticides in or on food and feed of plant and animal origin, and whose values of maximum residue levels are the same as levels prescribed by European Union legislative.
