Abstract

U ovom radu primjenom tekućinske kromatografije visoke djelotvornosti (HPLC) i UV detektora određene su masene koncentracije vitamina C u dvanaest uzoraka, ciklamata u deset uzoraka i saharina u jedanaest uzoraka šumećih tableta koji se trenutno nalaze na hrvatskom tržištu. Dobiveni rezultati masenih koncentracija uspoređeni su deklariranim vrijednostima i preporučenim dnevnim dozama za vitamin C i dozvoljenim dnevnim dozama za sladila. Istraživanje je pokazalo da koncentracije vitamina C u svim uzorcima odgovaraju deklariranim i da su, osim u jednom uzorku, ispod preporučenih dnevnih doza. Također, istraživanje je pokazalo da svi uzorci kojima je određivana koncentracija sladila sadrže doze ispod one dnevno dozvoljene.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, the mass concentration of vitamin C in twelve samples, cyclamate in ten samples and saccharin in eleven samples of effervescent tablets currently present on the Croatian market were determined using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and UV detectors. The obtained results were compared with the declared values and recommended daily dose for vitamin C and allowed daily doses for sweeteners. The study showed that vitamin C concentrations in all samples meet the declared values and are below, except one sample, the recommened daily allowance. Also, the study showed that all samples in which the concentrations of sweeteners were determined contain lower doses then the ones allowed daily.
