Refeeding sindrom kod anoreksije nervoze: prikaz slučaja

Abstract

U radu je prikazan slučaj refeeding sindroma kod osobe oboljele od anoreksije nervoze. Pacijentica je hospitalizirana zbog potpore životnih funkcija izazvanih izrazitom kaheksijom ( TM: 29 kg; ITM: 10,9kg/m2). Zbog opasnosti razvoja refeeding sindroma pacijentica je hranjena sa 5 kcal/kgTM/dnevno te se je unos postepeno povećavao. Pacijentici je bio propisan multivitaminski pripravak Cernevit koji sadrži preporučene vrijednosti vitamina, oligomerni enteralni pripravak Peptamen te Alitraq. Propisanim jelovnicima pacijentica je trebala ostvariti rast tjelesne mase od 0,5 kg/tjedno. Budući da je konzumirala svega 1/3 od propisanog planirani rast TM nije ostvaren. Adekvatnim unosom vitamina i mineralnih tvari na početku hospitalizacije spriječen je razvoj refeeding sindroma.

Abstract (english)

We present a case of refeeding syndrome in people with anorexia nervosa. The patient was hospitalized due to support vital functions markedly induced cachexia (BM: 29 kg, BMI: 10.9 kg/m2). Because of the risk for developing refeeding syndrome patient was fed with 5 kcal/kgBM/day and intake is gradually increased. The patient was prescribed Cernevit multivitamin containing the recommended levels of vitamins, enteral oligomer mixture Peptamen and Alitraq. Prescribed menus patient should achieve growth of body weight of 0.5 kg/week. Since it is consumed only 1/3 of the prescribed planned growth is not achieved. Adequate intake of vitamins and minerals at the beginning of hospitalization prevented the development of refeeding syndrome.
