Abstract

Začinsko i aromatsko bilje koristi se od antike pa sve do danas. Može se koristiti neprerađeno ili u obliku biljnih ekstrakata. Mogu se koristiti gotovo svi dijelovi biljke za proizvodnju biljnih ekstrakata. Postoje razne metode za izolaciju biološki aktivnih spojeva iz bilja kao npr. razne ekstrakcije, destilacije te prešanje. Ekstrakti se koriste u farmaceutskoj, kozmetičkoj i prehrambenoj industriji. Cilj ovog rada je pregled pozitivnog djelovanja biljnih ekstrakata te njihova primjena u prehrambenoj industriji.

Abstract (english)

Spicy and aromatic herbs are used since ancient times until today. They can be used unprocessed or in the form of herbal extracts. Can be used almost all the parts of the plant for the production of plant extracts. There are various methods for the isolation of biologically active compounds from plants such as various extraction, distillation, and molding. Extracts are used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries. The aim of this study is to examine the positive effects of plant extracts and their application in food industry.
