Abstract

Kopulati ferocena sa nukleobazama postaju sve češći predmet istraživanja zbog svoje izuzetne biološke aktivnosti. Oni znantno ujteču na unaprijeđenje terapija mnogih još neizliječivih bolesti kao što su HIV, razni tumori te fungalne infekcije. U okviru ovog završnog rada višestupanjskom sintezom pripravljeni su ferocenski nukleozidni derivati purina, N-7 i N-9 ferocenoil adenina uz kalijev karbonat (K2CO3) kao deprotonirajući agens. IR, 1H te 13C-NMR-spektroskopijom potvrđena je struktura dobivenih kopulata ferocena s adeninom.

Abstract (english)

Ferrocenoil-nucleobase derivates are becoming more common subject of research because of their exceptional biological activity. They significantly affect the improvement of many therapies for still incurable diseases such as HIV, miscellaneous tumors, and fungal infections. In this final work, multistage syntheses were prepared ferrocene purine nucleoside derivatives, N-7 and N-9 ferocenoil adenine with potassium carbonate (K2CO3) as a deprotonating agent. IR, 1H and 13C-NMR - spectroscopy confirmed the structure of ferrocene conjugates obtained with adenine.
