Abstract
U ovom radu istražena je razgradnja otpadne vode riblje industrije. Pomoću mješovite mikrobne kulture provedena je nitrifikacija otpadne vode i denitrifikacija nitrificirane otpadne vode riblje industrije. Pokusi su provedeni kao diskontinuirani. Nitrifikacija i denitrifikacija su inhibirani velikim salinitetom otpadne vode. Brzina oksidacije amonijaka se povećanjem saliniteta smanjila, od 6,7 na 2,16 mgN/L,h. Brzina denitrifikacije nitrificirane otpadne vode riblje industrije je iznosila 1,03 mgN/L,h. Kloridi podrijetlom iz morske vode su vjerojatno smetali pri analitičkom određivanju KPK.
Abstract (english)
In this work biodegradation of fish industry wastewater was investigated. Processes of nitrification and denitrification were performed by a mixed microbial culture as discontinuous experiments. Wastewater salinity inhibited process of nitrification and denitrification by increasing of salinity ammonium oxidation rate decreased from 6.7 to 2.16 mgN/L,h. Denitrification rate of fish industry wastewater was achieved 1.03 mgN/L,h. Chloride ions present in fish industry wastewater origin from see water hampered KPK determination.
