Abstract

Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je određivanje minerala u uzorcima kestena (Castanea sativa Miller) (Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe, Na i K). koji rastu u devet važnih regija Republike Hrvatske, da bi se temeljem dobivenih rezultata mogli razlikovati plodovi kestena prema prirodnim regijama rasta. Utvrđeni udjel teških metala (Pb, Cd, Hg, As) koji imaju kumulativni karakter, indirektno de biti pokazatelj kontaminacije okoliša. Dobivene vrijednosti pokazale su da su koncentracije bile niže od dozvoljenih toksičnih granica. Provedena je analiza varijance da bi se procijenio utjecaj regije na mineralni sastav te utvrdile razlike među uzorcima unutar regije obzirom na udjel pojedinog minerala. Unutar istog staništa nisu utvrđene statistički značajne razlike između uzoraka obzirom na udjel pojedinih mineralnih tvari.

Abstract (english)

The goal of this reaserch was to determain minerals in chestnuts (Castanea sativa Miller) (Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe, Na i K) which grows in nine important Croatian regions, to destinguish the varaities by regions of growth. Also by determining the amount of heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Hg, As) which has cumulative effect will be shown indirectly by contamination of enevinronment. Values determinaid by analisyes have shown that hevy metals content were lower than the limits of maximum allowed amounts. It has been conducted a analysis of variance to evaulaute the impact of region considering the amount of each mineral. In the same habbitat there hasn't been determinaid any statisticly significant difference between samples considering the amount of indvidual mineral components.
