Abstract

U ovom radu istražena je razgradnja otpadne vode deponije pomoću nativne kulture i mješovite mikrobne kulture. Pokusi su provedeni kao diskontinuirani pri aerobnim uvjetima i za procese biooksidacije i nitrifikacije. Nativna mikrobna kultura nema sposobnost uklanjanja sastojaka s ugljikom i dušikom iz otpadne vode. Tijekom ovih istraživanja mješovita mikrobna kultura pokazala je sposobnost samo za provedbu procesa nitrifikacije. Organski sastojci izraženi kao kemijska potreba na kisiku (KPK-vrijednost) nisu uklonjeni iz otpadne vode deponije. Motreni su slijedeći čimbenici provedbe procesa: organski sastojci izraženi kao KPK-vrijednost, ukupni, amonijakalni, nitritni i nitratni dušik, fosfor, otopljeni kisik i pH-vrijednost.

Abstract (english)

In this work landfill leachate wastewater biodegradation by native and by prepared mixed microbial culture was investigated. The batch experiments were performed at aerobic conditions for both, biooxidation and nitrification processes. Native microbial culture has not ability for degradation of organic compounds and nitrogen compounds from landfill leachate wastewater. During these investigations mixed microbial culture has shown ability only for nitrification. The organic compounds expressed as chemical oxygen demand (COD-value) were not removed. The following parameters were monitored: organic compounds as COD-value, total nitrogen, ammonium and nitrite and nitrate nitrogen, phosphorus, dissolved oxygen and pH-value.
