Abstract
Podloga za uzgoj mikroorganizma Pseudomonas fluorescens treba sadržavati sve sastojke koji su bitni za rast i proizvodnju mupirocina. U ovom radu prikazano je kako pojedini sastojci hranjivih podloga utječu na rast radnog mikroorganizma. Za neke podloge ispitala se mogućnost provedbe biosinteze mupirocina u bioreaktoru.
Abstract (english)
Medium needed for the growth of Pseudomonas fluorescens most contain all necessary substances which are important for the developmenth and producing of mupirocin. This paper shows diffrent influences which certain substances have on the growth of mentioned microorganism. The ability of biosynthesis of mupirocin in bioreactor has also been explored.
