Abstract
U ovom su radu pripravljene supstituirane stirilne soli piridoksal-oksima reakcijom kondenzacije piridoksal-oksim-metil-jodida i aromatskih aldehida (4-nitrobenzaldehida, vanilina, 3-nitrobenzaldehida i anisaldehida) u metanolu uz piperidin kao katalizator. Pripravljena su četiri (4) nova, do sada neobjavljena, spoja. Strukture spojeva 2-5 određene su pomoću podataka dobivenih IR-spektroskopijom te 1H- i 13C- nuklearno-magnetskom rezonancijom.
Abstract (english)
In this work substituted styryl salts of pyridoxal oxime were prepared by condesation of pyridoxal oxime methyl iodide and aromatic aldehydes (4-nitrobenzaldehyde, vanillin, 3- nitrobenzaldehyde and anisaldehyde) in methanol with piperidine as catalyst. Four (4) novel, yet not published, compounds were synthesized. The structures of compounds 2-5 were determined according to the data obtained by IR-spectroscopy, 1H- and 13C- nuclear magnetic resonance.
