Abstract

Istražena je razgradnja otpadne vode deponije pomoću nativne kulture i mješovite kulture nitrifikanata i denitrifikanata u obliku granula. Nativna kultura nema sposobnost uklanjanja sastojaka s ugljikom i dušikom iz otpadne vode deponije. Mješovita mikrobna kultura nitrifikanata i denitrifikanata u obliku granula provodi potpunu nitrifikaciju otpadne vode deponije. Nitrificirana otpadna voda deponije se pomoću mješovite mikrobne kulture nitrifikanata i denitrifikanata u obliku granula potpuno denitrificira uz dodani vanjski izvor sastojaka s ugljikom (natrijev-acetat) u omjeru C:N = 2:1. Mješovita kultura ne uporabljuje organske sastojke iz otpadne vode za provedbu denitrifikacije. Sastojci u otpadnoj vodi ne djeluju kao inhibitori na aktivnost nitrificirajućih i denitrificirajućih vrsta mikroorganizama u obliku granula.

Abstract (english)

In this work landfill leachate degradation was investigated by a native culture and a mixed microbial culture of nitrifiers and denitrifiers in a form of granula. The native culture has shown no ability for removal of carbon and nitrogen compounds from landfill leachate. By the mixed microbial culture complete landfill leachate nitrification was performed. The nitrificated landfill leachate was completely denitrificated by the mixed microbial culture with addition of sodium acetate as an external carbon source in ratio of C:N = 2:1. Organic compounds from landfill leachate could not serve as carbon source for denitrification. Also, organic compounds from landfill leachate are not inhibitors of mixed microbial culture of nitrifiers and denitrifiers in a form of granula.
