Abstract

U ovom su radu izvedene reakcije kvaternizacije piridoksal-oksima sa supstituiranim fenacil-bromidima (R= F, OCH3, C6H5, H, Cl, Br, CH3, NO2) u acetonu pri sobnoj temperaturi i metanolu uz zagrijavanje. Pripravljene su nove, do sada neobjavljene kvaterne soli piridoksaloksima sa supstituentima: F, OCH3, C6H5 i CH3 te su optimirane reakcije priprave vec sintetiziranih spojeva u acetonu (R= H, Cl, Br i NO2) i izvedene nove u metanolu u drugim reakcijskim uvjetima. Strukture spojeva 2-10 određene su pomoću podataka dobivenih IRspektroskopijom te 1H- i 13C- nuklearnom magnetskom rezonancijom.

Abstract (english)

Several reactions of quaternization of pyridoxal oxime with substituted phenacyl bromides (R= F, OCH3, C6H5, H, Cl, Br, CH3, NO2) in acetone at room temeperature and methanol with refluxing were performed. Five novel, yet not published quaternary salts of pyridoxal oxime with substituents: F, OCH3, C6H5 and CH3 were obtained. Also, the procedures for previously obtained compounds (R= H, Cl, Br and NO2) in acetone were optimized and their synthesis carried out in methanol in different reaction conditions. The structures of compounds 2- 10 were determined according to the data obtained by IR-spectroscopy, as well as by 1H- and 13Cnuclear magnetic resonance.
