Abstract

Cilj ovoga rada bila je analiza hidrodinamike membranskog bioreaktora s uronjenim membranskim modulom, koji je sastavni dio poluindustrijskog postrojenja za obradu otpadnih voda. Temeljna obilježja hidrodinamike mogu se opisati odgovarajućom interpretacijom raspodjele vremena zadržavanja i usporedbom s idealnim reaktorom. Eksperimenti su provedeni injektiranjem inertne tvari u bioreaktor u obliku Diracova impulsa, te je praćena promjena vodljivosti na izlazu iz bioreaktora kao funkcija vremena. Analizom dobivenih rezultata zaključeno je kako se regulacijom protoka zraka i kapljevine može postići odgovarajuće vrijeme zadržavanja tvari potrebno za postizanje optimalne produktivnosti procesa obrade otpadne vode u membranskom bioreaktoru. Određivan je i utjecaj koncentracije biomase na raspodjelu vremena zadržavanja, te je zaključeno kako prisutnost biomase utječe na hidrodinamiku bioreaktora.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this paper was analysis of hydrodynamics characteristics of membrane biorector with membrane unit integrated into bioreactor, which is a part of wastewater treatment pilot plant. Membrane bioreactor hydrodinamics could be described with appropriate interpretation of residence time distribution and comparison with ideal rector. Experiments was spent by injection of inert into bioreactor and monitoring a change of conductibility at the exit of bioreactor as a function of time. With the analysis of given results it is concluded that with regulation of gass and liguid flow could be acheived appropriate residance time which is needed for achieving optimal productivity of wastewater treatment in membrane bioreactor. There has been also defined the influence of biomass concentration on residence time distribution, and it is concluded that the presence of active sludge has influence on bioreactor hydrodynamics.
