Šaržno i kontinuirano uklanjanje dušika u membranskom bioreaktoru

Abstract

U radu je obrađivana sintetska otpadna voda u membranskom bioreaktoru s naglaskom na šaržno i kontinuirano uklanjanje ukupnog dušika procesom nitrifikacije i denitrifikacije. Pri šaržnoj nitrifikaciji specifična brzina nitrifikacije iznosila je 1,21 do 1,48 mg/Lh, a specifična brzina denitrifikacije bila je od 2,75 do 3,15 mg/Lh kad se sva glukoza kao vanjski izvor ugljika dodala na samom početku procesa i nakon izmjene aerobnog i anaerobnog uzgoja tokom 18 sati (1 sat aerobno-1 sat anaerobno). Pri uzastopnoj kontinuiranoj nitrifikaciji i denitrifikaciji najbolji rezultati su postignuti kod trajanja nitrifikacije 60 minuta, a denitrifikacije 120 minuta, te uz koncentraciju glukoze u ulaznoj vodi od 0,72 mg/L, gdje je koncentracija ukupnog dušika u sintetskoj otpadnoj vodi od oko 70 mg/L smanjena za 89,7%.

Abstract (english)

In this study synthetic waste water was treated in membrane bioreactor with a focus on batch and continuous nitrogen removal by biological process of nitrification and denitrification. In batch nitrification process specific nitrification rate (SNR) was 1,21 - 1,48 mg/Lh and during batch denitrification process specific denitrification rates (SDR) were 2,75 - 3,15 mg/Lh when glucose as a additional carbon source was added at the beginning of process and after exchange of aerobic and anaerobic cultivation conditions during 18 hours (1 hour aerobic+1 hour anaerobic). In continuous sequential nitrification and denitrification the best results were achieved when nitrification lasted 60 minutes and denitrification 120 minutes and with concentration of glucose in influent of 0,72 mg/L resulting in nitrogen concentration from cca 70 mg/L in synthetic wastewater by 89,7%.
