Abstract

U ovom su radu izvedene reakcije kvaternizacije piridoksal-oksima sa supstituiranim fenacil-bromidima (R=Br, Cl) u acetonu , odnosno N,N-dimetilformamidu na sobnoj temperaturi, uz zagrijavanje i uz mikrovalno zračenje. Pripravljeni su novi, do sada neobjavljeni spojevi 3-hidroksi-4-hidroksiiminometil-5-hidroksimetil-2-metil-1-(4’-bromfenacil)piridinijev bromid (2), i 3-hidroksi-4-hidroksiiminometil-5-hidroksimetil-2-metil-1-(4’-klorfenacil)piridinijev bromid (3). Strukture spojeva 2 i 3 određene su pomoću podataka dobivenih IR-spektroskopijom, 1H- i 13C- nuklearno-magnetskom rezonancijom.

Abstract (english)

Several reactions of quaternization of pyridoxal oxime with substituted phenacyl bromides (R= Br, Cl) in acetone and N,N-dimethylformamide, respectively at RT, with reflusing or under microwave irradiation were performed. Two novel, yet not published, compounds 3-hydroxy-4-hydroxyiminomethyl-5-hydroxymethyl-2-methyl-1-(4’-bromophenacyl)pyridinium bromide (2) and 3-hydroxy-4-hydroxyiminomethyl-5-hydroxymethyl-2-methyl-1-(4’-chlorophenacyl)pyridinium bromide (3) were obtained.The structures of compounds 2 and 3 were determined according to the data obtained by IR-spectroscopy, 1H- and 13C- nuclear magnetic resonance.
