Abstract

Cilj ovog rada bila je utvrditi kakvoću prehrane mladih žena trodnevnim dnevnikom prehrane i to dva dana u tjednu i jedan dan vikenda. Antropometrijski podaci (tj. masa i visina) kao i određeni parametri vezani uz prehrambeno ponašanje dobiveni su pomoću općeg upitnika. Procjena energetskog i nutritivnog unosa izvršene je s obzirom na preporučeni dnevni unos za dob, spol i nutritivnu gustoću izraženu na 4186 kJ. Utvrđen je veći unos energije i svih makronutrijenata vikendom nego radnim danom. Isto je utvrđeno za sve mikronutrijente osim za vitamin A i bakar. Unos proteina, masti i zasićenih masni kiselina je veći od preporuke dok je neadekvatan unos vitamina A, vitamina E, folacina, kalcija i željeza. Unos svih makronutrijenata, osim proteina, i energije veći je u ispitanica adekvatne tjelesne mase u odnosu na pothranjene ispitanice. Od ukupnog broja ispitanica najveći broj je adekvatne tjelesne mase (83,3%(BMI 18,5 kg/m2 - 24,9 kg/m2)) te podjednak broj onih manje (8,3%(BMI <18,5 kg/m2)) ili povećane tjelesne mase (8,3%(BMI >24,9 kg/m2)) .

Abstract (english)

The aim of this study was to evaluate diet quality in young women with three day food diary especially acording at two day s of week and one day of weekend. Antropometric characteristics (body mass and hight) and also others characteristics which is in very close cooperation with nutrition behaviour was received with questionnaire. The estimate of energetic and nutritive intake was considered according on recommended daily intake for gender, age and nutritive density (4184 kJ). Results showed more nutritive intake of energy and all macronutrients at the day of weekend than the others day. The same results is for all micronutrients except for vitamin A and copper. Aveage intake of protein, fat and saturated fatty acids is much larger from recomendations, but inadeguate intakes is detected for vitamin A, vitamin E, folacin, calcium and iron. Intakes for all macronutrients and energy is much higher among students with adequate body mass. Most of the examiners have adequate body mass (83,3%(BMI 18,5 kg/m2– 24,9 kg/m2)) and the same number of examiners is malnutrition (8,3%(BMI<18,5 kg/m2)) or have increase body mass (8,3%(BMI>24,9 kg/m2)).
