Abstract

Tehnološkim postupkom prešanja suncokretovog sjemena kao glavni proizvod dobiva se hladno prešano suncokretovo ulje, a pogača kao sporedni proizvod. Na osnovi projektnog zadatka odabrani su makrolokacija, mikrolokacija i situacijski plan za izgradnju pogona za preradu suncokretovog sjemena. Na temelju sirovinske osnove određen je kapacitet tehnološke linije, odabran je tehnološki postupak i potrebni uređaji, te je izrađena materijalna i energetska bilanca. Preradom 240 t suncokretovog sjemena godišnje bilo bi dobiveno 93,4 t hladno prešanog suncokretovog ulja i 146,4 t pogače koja je na tržištu tražena kao stočna hrana.

Abstract (english)

The main product of technological process of pressing of sunflower beans is cold pressed sunflower oil and byproduct of this process is press cake. On the basis of Project task the macro-location, micro-location and situation plan for building of production plant for cold pressed sunflower oil is designed. The capacity of technological line is determined on the grounds of raw material basis. The technological process and adequate equipment is selected, and also the material and energetic balance is created. By processing 240 t of sunflower beans per year, it would be obtained 93,4 t of cold pressed sunflower oil and 146,4 t of press cake, which is required on the market as livestock food.
