Obrada otpadne vode tvornice ulja membranskim procesima

Abstract

U radu je istražena primjena membranskog bioreaktora (MBR) kao glavnog procesa obrade otpadne vode tvornice ulja. Prosječni postotak uklanjanja KPK vrijednosti membranskim bioreaktorom je iznosio 75%, dok su ulja i masti su uklanjane s prosječnih 86%. Najbolja učinkovitost obrade je dobivena obradom sabirnih voda gdje je KPK smanjen za 91%, a ukupna ulja i masti za 94,5%. Naknadnom obradom vode nanofiltracijom, postigla se visoka kvaliteta obrađene vode koja je potrebna za vraćanje obrađene vode natrag u tehnološki proces. Vrijednosti KPK su prosječno smanjene za dodatnih 84%, ulja i masti su u potpunosti uklonjene, a ukupna sušena tvar je smanjena za 91%. Ovakvim načinom obrade otpadne vode osigurava se veliki povrat (do 75%) obrađene vode natrag u tehnološki proces, što omogućuje bolje gospodarenje vodom, te znatno smanjuje cijena doprinosa koji se plaćaju za upuštanje otpadnih voda u javnu kanalizaciju.

Abstract (english)

Application of membrane bioreactor (MBR) was investigated as a main process of an oil plant wastewater treatment. Average percent of COD removal with membrane bioreactor was 75%, while oil and grease were removed with an average 86%. Best efficiecy of treatment was gained by treatment of joint wastewater where COD was removed with 91% and oil and grease with 94,5%. Additional treatment with nanofiltration gained high quality of treated water which is needed for return of treated water into technological process. COD was removed with 84% in average, oil and grease were entirely removed and total dry matter was reduced by 91%. This type of wastewater treatment ensures large return (up to 75%) of processed water back to technological process, which enables better water menagement and considerable reduction in wastewater discarge cost.
