Abstract

U ovom su radu izvedene reakcije kvaternizacije piridoksal-oksima sa supstituiranim fenacil-bromidima (R= H, Cl, Br, CH3, NO2) u acetonu , odnosno smjesi aps. etanol : dietil-eter (1:1, v/v) na sobnoj temperaturi i uz zagrijavanje. Pripravljeni su novi, do sada neobjavljeni spojevi 3-hidroksi-4-hidroksiiminometil-5-hidroksimetil-2-metil-1-(4’-nitrofenacil)piridinijev bromid (2), 4-hidroksiiminometil-5-hidroksimetil-2-metil-3-(4'-nitrofenaciloksi)piridin (3) i 3-hidroksi-4-hidroksiiminometil-5-hidroksimetil -2-metil-1-fenacilpiridinijev bromid (5). Strukture spojeva 2 ,3 i 5 određene su pomoću podataka dobivenih IR-spektroskopijom, 1H- i 13C- nuklearno-magnetskom rezonancijom.

Abstract (english)

Several reactions of quaternization of pyridoxal oxime with substituted phenacyl bromides (R= H, Cl, Br, CH3, NO2) in acetone and abs.ethanol : diethyl ether (1:1, v/v), respectively at RT or with reflusing were performed. Three novel, yet not published, compounds 3-hydroxy-4-hydroxyiminomethyl-5-hydroxymethyl-2-methyl-1-(4’-nitrophenacyl)pyridinium bromide (2) , 4-hydroxyiminomethyl-5-hydroxymethyl-2-methyl-3-(4'-nitro-phenacyloxy)pyridine (3) and 3-hydroxy-4-hydroxyiminomethyl 5-hydroxymethyl-2-methyl-1-phenacylpyridinium bromide (5) were obtained.The structures of compounds 2, 3 and 5 were determined according to the data obtained by IR-spectroscopy, 1H- and 13C- nuclear magnetic resonance.
