Abstract

Supstituirani analozi prirodnih nukleozida, meĎu kojima i kopulati nukleobaza s ferocenskim derivatom, poznati su po širokom spektru biološkog djelovanja. Pokazuju antitumorsko, antibakterijsko i antiviralno djelovanje kao i zanimljiva elektrokemijska svojstva što ih čini važnim područjem istraživanja. U okviru ovog završnog rada višestupanjskom sintezom pripravljen je heteroanularno supstituirani derivat ferocenoil timina (6). Posebna pozornost posvećena je utjecaju otapala na povećanje iskorištenja reakcije kopulacije. IR, 1H i 13C-NMR spektroskopijom potvrĎena je struktura dobivenog spoja.

Abstract (english)

Ferrocene modified nucleobases are nucleoside analogues that show wide spectrum of biological activity. They exhibit antitumor, antibacterial and antiviral activity as well as electrochemical properties which makes them an important subject of modern research. Within the framework of this final work, H3COOCFnCOThy (6) was made by multiple synthesis of ferrocene derivatives. Special attention was paid to the effects of solvent on the increase of the yield of copulating reaction. The structure of resulting compound was confirmed by IR, 1H i 13C-NMR spectroscopy.
