Abstract

Derivati ferocena i nukleobaza postaju sve veći predmet istraţivanja zbog dokazane bioloških aktivnosti, kao što je antitumorska i antiviralna. Zbog toga imaju veliku primjenu u različitim područjima kemije te sve veću primjenu u farmaceutskoj industriji. Cilj ovog rada bio je sinteza potencijalno biološki aktivnih konjugata ferocena i uracila povezanih 1,2,3-triazolnom poveznicom. Triazolni prsten uveden je reakcijom 1,3-dipolarne cikloadicije izmeĎu 1-azidometilferocena i modificiranog uracila u prisutstvu bakra kao katalizatora. Struktura pročišćenih kopulata potvrĎena je IR i NMR spektroskopijom.

Abstract (english)

Derivatives of ferrocene and nucleobases are becoming more relevant subject of research because of their proven biological activity, such as antitumor and antiviral activity. Consequently, they are being used in different areas of chemistry, especially in pharmaceutical industry. The aim of this work was a synthesis of potencially biologically active derivatives of ferrocene and uracile linked via 1,2,3-triazole linkage. Triazole ring was introduced by a reaction of 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition between 1-methylazidoferrocene and modified uracile in presence of copper as a catalyst. The structure of purified conjugates was confirmed by IR and NMR spectroscopy.
