Abstract
Nema sažetka Osnovna svrha ovog istraživanja je određivanje prednosti i mane integriranog postupka berbe, sušenja i prerade hmeljnih šišarica u pelete u odnosu na tradicionalni trofazni sustav prerade. Pri tome je postavljena nulta hipoteza, po kojoj su u integriranom postupku berbe sušenja i prerade hmeljnih šišarica u pelete gubici α-kiselina u peletima manji u usporedbi s trofaznim sustavom, što na kraju može dovesti do povećanja njihove iskoristivosti u tehnološkom postupku proizvodnje piva.
