Abstract

Cilj ovoga istraživanja bio je usporediti okus majčina mlijeka i hrane za dojenčad elektronskim jezikom te odrediti razliku odnosno sličnost okusa među uzorcima. Odzivi senzora elektronskog jezika su pokazali da se okus majčina mlijeka i hrane za dojenčad razlikuju bez obzira kojoj dobnoj skupini su namijenjeni. Također su pokazali da se uzorci majčina mlijeka različitog stupnja laktacije međusobno razlikuju s obzirom na profil okusa. Odzivi senzora elektronskog jezika su pokazali da se uzorci hrane za dojenčad razlikuje bez obzira kojoj dobnoj skupini su namijenjeni.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this study was to compare the taste of mother's milk and infant's formulas electronic tongue and determine the difference or similarity of taste between samples. Responses of the sensor electronic language showed that the taste of mother's milk and infant formulas differ no matter what age group they are intended. They also showed that samples of breast milk lactation varying degrees differ with regard to flavour profile. Response of the sensor electronic language showed that samples of infant formula tastes differ, regardless of the age group to which they are intended.
