Abstract

U ovom radu provedena je analiza nesukladnosti kod kontinuiranog provođenja internih audita u integriranom sustavu upravljanja Zvijezda d.d. kroz razradu ukupnih nesukladnosti za osnovne skupine artikala, za sirovinu, ambalažu, vlastiti proizvod i trgovačku robu za 2008., 2009. i 2010. godinu. Prikazane su i analizirane nesukladnosti u promatranim godinama prema osnovnim skupinana, te su naglašene prednosti provedbe audita kroz uvedena poboljšanja u sustav. Kontinuiranim provođenje audita kroz analizu nesukladnosti identificirana su područja u organizaciji koja trebaju poboljšanja ili prilagodbu, te je na taj način smanjen rizik, a time i troškovi.

Abstract (english)

In this thesis, an analysis of non-conformities with the continued implementation of internal audit in integrated management system Zvijezda d.d. are conducted through the elaboration of total non-conformities of the basic groups of items, for raw materials, packaging, custom product and merchandise for the 2008th, 2009th and 2010th year. Non – conformities are presented and analyzed in the review period according the basic groups and have highlighted the benefits of the implementation of the audit through improvements introduced in the system. Continuous conduction of audits through the analysis of non-conformities identified areas in the organization that need improvement or adjustment, and thus reduced risk and costs
