Abstract

U okviru disertacije provedena su istraživanja na odabranim antihelminticima (albendazol, febantel, levamisol, pirantel i prazikvantel) s ciljem određivanja produkata njihove pretvorbe u vodenom okolišu tijekom izlaganja sunčevom zračenju, te određivanja ekotoksičnosti na organizmima iz različitih razreda (bakterije Vibrio fischeri, alge Selenastrum capricornutum i planktonski račić Daphnia magna). Produkti pretvorbe dobiveni su izlaganjem uzoraka simuliranom zračenju i zračenju Sunca. Provedena je usporedba profila raspadanja matičnih molekula, te profil nastalih produkata. Analize su provedene tekućinskom kromatografijom sa spektrometrijom masa (LC–MS/MS), a identifikacija novonastalih produkata i određivanje njihove strukture točnim mjerenjem masa pomoću hibridnog analizatora kvadripol–brzinski s mjerenjem vremena preleta (eng. quadrupole–time–of flight, QqTOF). Dio istraživanja obuhvatio je ispitivanje utjecaja vodenog okoliša na stvaranje produkata te se pratio profil pretvorbe u vodama različitog sastava i koncentracija dodanih odabranih tvari.

Abstract (english)

In this paper work research on anthelmintics (albendazole, febantel, levamisole, pyrantel and praziquantel) was performed with aim to determine aqueous transformation products during sun irradiation and to determine ecotoxic effects on the different class membered organisms (Vibrio fischeri, Selenastrum capricornutum and Daphnia magna). Transformation products were gained exposing the sample to sun simulator irradiation and irradiation of the Sun, and the profile analogy of the decreasing parent compound and arising products were performed by analysis on liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS) system. Identification and structural elucidation of newly araised products were carried out on hybride analyzer quadrupole–time–of flight (QqTOF) measuring the accurate mass. Part of research considered of investigation of the aqueous environment effect on arising products, and transformation profiles in water of a different composition and concentration of added matter were tracked.
