Abstract
Trihineloza predstavlja veliki epizootiološki i epidemiološki problem u svijetu, a na županjskom području u proteklih 10-tak godina bila je jedna od najrasprostranjenijih parazitskih bolesti. Cilj ovog rada je utvrđivanje učinkovitosti provođenja postupka deratizacije u smanjenju pojave trihineloze na području djelovanja Veterinarske stanice d.o.o. Županja u periodu od 2001-2009 godine. U radu su opisani postupci deratizaciji i postupci dokazivanja Trihinelle u uzorcima mesa, te se vrši komparacija između divljih i domaćih svinja.
Abstract (english)
Trichinosis represents a large epizootiological and epidemiological problem worldwide. In the past 10 years, trichinosis has been one of the most prevalent parasitic diseases in our county. The main goal of this project is to determine the efficacy of pest control implementation in order to decrease trichinosis prevalence under the control of „Veterinarska stanica d.o.o. Županja“ in the period from 2001-2009. This paper describes deratization procedures and methods, as well as the methods to improve the existance of Trichinella in meat samples. It also shows comparisons between wild and domestic pigs.
