Abstract

Dijetetičke metode, među koje pripadaju i upitnici o učestalosti konzumiranja hrane (tzv. FFQ), mjere unos hrane i nutrijenata. FFQ-om ispitanici se izjašnjavaju koliko često su konzumirali neku određenu hranu tijekom nekog određenog vremenskog perioda. U ovom radu obrađen je upitnik o hidraciji sportaša. Adekvatni stupanj hidracije osim što utječe na zdravstveno stanje, ima utjecaja i na sportsku izvedbu. Cilj ovoga rada bio je provesti validaciju upitnika o hidraciji sportaša s ciljem utvrđivanja jasnoće pitanja i pouzdanosti odgovora ispitanika. Odgovori ispitanika bili su statistički obrađeni korištenjem Pearsonovog koeficijenta korelacije i Cohenova d. Postupak validacije potvrdio je da se većina odgovora ispitanika danih u prvom i drugom provođenju upitnika razlikuju što upućuje na činjenicu da je neka pitanja i ponuđene odgovore u upitniku potrebno izmijeniti.

Abstract (english)

Dietary assessment methods, among which Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) belongs, value food and nutrient intake. FFQ is answered by subjects who say how often they consumed certain food during a certain period of time. This thesis deals with the athlete's hydration questionnaire. Proper level of hydration affects not only health condition but it also has an impact on athlete's performance. The purpose of this thesis was to carry out the validation process for athlete's hydration questionnaire with a goal of determining the clarity of questions and reliability of the subject answers. Subjects answers were statistically processed using Pearson correlation coefficient and Cohen's d. Validation process has confirmed that the majority of subjects answers collected in first and second conduction of questionnaire are different which points to the fact that some questions and offered answers in the questionnaire need to be changed.
