Abstract

Nukleozidni analozi supstituirani u položaju C-5 pirimidinskog prstena ističu se snažnim biološkim djelovanjem. S druge strane, kopulati ferocena s nukleobazama postaju sve češći predmet istraživanja zbog svoje izuzetne biološke aktivnost i zanimljivih elektrokemijskih svojstva, zbog čega su pronašli svoje mjesto u različitim granama kemije, posebice u medicinskoj kemiji. Stoga je cilj ovog rada bio sinteza homo- i heteroanularno supstituiranih konjugata ferocena i C-5 supstituiranih derivata uracila kao potencijalno aktivnih supstanci. Posebna pozornost posvećena je ispitivanju utjecaja K2CO3 kao baznog katalizatora i klorida ferocena kao acilirajućih reagensa na iskorištenje i regiselektivnost reakcija. Strukture svih priređenih spojeva su potvrđene spektroskopskim metodama FTIR, 1H i 13C NMR.

Abstract (english)

Nucleoside analouges substituted on C-5 position of the pyrimidyne ring are distinguished by their strong biological effects. On the other hand, copulates of ferrocene with nucleobases become an interesting research subject because of their exceptional biological activity and interesting electrochemical properties, because of which they found their place in different chemistry branches, especially in medicinal chemistry. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is synthesis of homo- and heteroannularly substituted conjugates of ferrocene with C-5 substituted uracil derivatives as potentially active substances. Special attention is given to testing the effects of K2CO3 as base catalyst, and ferrocene chlorides as acylation reagents on yield and regioselectivity of the reaction. The structures of the prepared compounds were confirmed by spectroscopic methods FTIR, 1H and 13C NMR.
