Abstract

Važan dio zdravog načina života je i provođenje pravilne prehrane. Hrana je naša svakodnevna potreba i vrlo je bitno kakvu hranu, koliko i kada unosimo u organizam kao i koje su naše prehrambene navike. Povod ovog istraživanja bio je upravo taj da se otkriju različite prehrambene navike i razina informiranosti potrošača o prehrani. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo ukupno 383 ispitanika, koji su ispunili upitnik putem interneta unutar 50 dana. Rezultati su prikupljeni putem upitnika zatvorenog tipa, po principu slučajnog uzorka te su statistički obrađeni i grafički ili tablično prikazani. Utvrđeno je da su potrošači informirani o pravilnoj prehrani no ne i dovoljno stručno te je problem pretilosti kao zdravstvene prijetnje današnjice u porastu. U skladu sa time, većina potrošača mijenja svoje prehrambene navike u cilju očuvanja zdravlja i gubitka tjelesne mase.

Abstract (english)

One of the most important aspects of running a helathy lifestyle is healthy diet. Food is our everyday need and it is of a huge importance to be aware of which type and amount of food we are consuming,as well as at what time of day we are eating our meals; it is essential to be aware of our dietary habits. The motive for this research was to reveal different dietary habits and to determine level of consumers' awareness of healthy diet. During fifty days, a total of 383 consumers were given a task to fill out an online questionnaire. Research instrument used to collect consumers' answers was a questionnaire with closed format questions, and the sample was accidental. The data gathered were statistically analysed and the results were presented as tables and graphics. It is determined that consumers are informed about healthy diet, but their sources aren't expert enough, and that number of obese people in constant growth. According to that, most of the consumers started to change their eating habits in order to maintain weight and stay healthy.
