Abstract

Norma ISO 9001 koristi se s ciljem postizanja i osiguranja kvalitete organizacije u cjelini što tvrtkama omogućava razvoj tržišta i otvaranje novih tržišnih puteva, te osiguranje kvalitete proizvoda/usluga kako bi se na kraju postiglo zadovoljstvo kupca, ali i ostalih sudionika u procesu. Audit je potrebno provoditi kako bi se utvrdilo poštuju li se zahtjevi norme te kako bi se unaprijedio sustav upravljanja kvalitetom, odnosno krajnjem korisniku osigurao što bolji i kvalitetniji proizvod/usluga. Cilj ovog rada bio je provesti interni audit norme ISO 9001:2015 u tvrtki TIM ZIP d.o.o. čija je glavna djelatnost prehrana, tehnologija i razvoj u području pekarstva, slastičarstva i konditorstva. Audit je obuhvatio 6 odjela tvrtke. Interni audit proveden je u suradnji s unutrašnjim auditorima putem definiranih Upitnih lista za svaki navedeni odjel. Od 6 odjela tvrtke, obuhvaćenih ovim auditom, javile su se nesukladne radnje u 4 odjela, dok su svi ostali odjeli pokazali sukladnost sa zahtjevima.

Abstract (english)

The ISO 9001 standard is used to achieve and ensure the quality of the organization as a whole, enabling companies to develop markets and open new market paths, and ensure the quality of products/services to ultimately satisfy the customer and other participants in the process. Audit should be carried out in order to determine whether the requirements of the standard are being respected and to improve the quality management system apropos to ensure the best product/service. The task of the work was to conduct an internal audit of ISO 9001:2015 at TIM ZIP d.o.o. company, whose main activity is nutrition, technology and development in the field of bakery, pastry and confectionery. The audit included six departments of the company. Internal audits were conducted by internal auditors through Question list for each department. Out of the 6 departments of the company covered by this audit, non-compliant actions were reported in 4 departments, while all other departments showed compliance with the requirements.
