Abstract

Ekološka poljoprivreda sustav je proizvodnje koji održava zdravlje tla, ekosustava i ljudi, a raširena je diljem svijeta. Nacionalno zakonodavstvo različitim zakonima i pravilnicima regulira ekološku poljoprivredu i proizvodnju u Republici Hrvatskoj. Važno je istaknuti i da suvremena ekološka poljoprivreda nije samo proizvodnja „zdrave“ hrane, već ona teži ostvariti smanjenje onečišćenja okoliša, stvoriti nove socijalne i gospodarske odnose, ali i doći do novog odnosa i razumijevanja između čovjeka i prirode. Cilj rada bio je odrediti stavove roditelja, koji imaju djecu uzrasta do deset godina, prema pravilnoj prehrani i konzumiranju hrane s eko oznakom. Provedeno je anketno istraživanje u kojem je sudjelovalo 228 ispitanika. Više od polovice ispitanika se slaže s tvrdnjama da je podrijetlo namirnica vrlo bitno (62,3%), kao i način uzgoja (63,2%), no tek ih 14,5 % redovito kupuje eko hranu. 2-testom utvrđene su značajne statističke povezanosti (p<0,001) između više različitih socio-demografskih varijabli i stavova prema hrani s eko oznakom.

Abstract (english)

Organic farming is a production system that maintains the health of soil, ecosystem and people, and is widespread throughout the world. National legislation regulates organic agriculture and production in the Republic of Croatia through various laws and regulations. It is important to point out that modern organic agriculture is not only the production of "healthy" food, but it seeks to reduce environmental pollution, to create new social and economic relations, but also to reach a new relationship and understanding between man and nature. The aim of the study was to determine the attitudes of parents, who have children under the age of ten, towards proper nutrition and consumption of eco-labeled food. A survey was conducted in which 228 respondents participated. More than half of the respondents agree with the statements that the origin of food is very important (62, 3%), as well as the method of cultivation (63,2 %), but only 14,5 % of them regularly buy organic food. The 2-test revealed significant statistical correlations (p<0,001) between several different socio-demographic variables and attitudes towards eco-labeled food.
