Abstract

Iz različitog aromatskog i ljekovitog bilja ekstrakcijom njihovih sastojaka dobiva se eterično ulje koje sadrži raznovrsne sastojke koji imaju pozitivan učinak na ljudsko zdravlje. Ovisno o biljci sastojci koji su najkorisniji nalaze se u njezinim različitim djelovima: u listovima i stabljici, cvijetu, plodu/ sjemenu ili podzemnom korijenu. Jaka alkoholona pića pripravljena maceracijom voća i bilja u etanolu, kao i umjetna jaka alkoholna pića pripravljena dodatkom već ekstrahiranih eteričnih ulja, te jaka alkoholna pića čiji su destilati obogaćeni ekstraktima bilja sadrže sastojke koji imaju pozitivan učinak na zdravlje (ugljikovodici, terpeni, aldehidi, eteri). Istraživanjima provedenim na sastavu bilja utvrđen je sastav bilja i kakav učinak ono ima na ljudsko zdravlje. Iako jaka alkoholna pića sadrže visok postotak alkohola ako se jako alkoholno piće uzima u određenoj mjeri, i ne pretjeruje se s njegovom konzumiranju ono ima pozitivan učinak na ljudsko zdravlje, naročito ako sadži ljekovite sastojke iz različitog aromatskog i ljekovitog bilja.

Abstract (english)

From different aromatic and medicinal herbs with extraction of their constituents is obtained essential oil that contains a variety of ingredients which have a positive effect on human health. Depending on the plant ingredients which are most useful to us are in its different parts: herb (leaves and stems), flower, fruit / seed or underground roots. Strong alkoholic drinks prepared by maceration of fruit and herbs in ethanol, as well as man-made spirits prepared with already extracted essential oils and spirits whose distillates are enriched extracts of herbs contain ingredients that have a positive output on health (hydrocarbons, terpenes, aldehydes, ethers). Studies conducted on the composition of products are determined by the composition of plants and what effect it has on human health. Although spirits containing a high percentage of alcohol if the spirit drink takes in a certain extent, and not exaggerating with its consumption it has a positive effect on human health, especially if is consisted of medicinal ingredients from different aromatic and medicinal plants.
