Abstract

U radu je proučavan utjecaj atmosferske plinske plazme na Escherichia coli 3014. Za dobivanje plazme koristio se plemeniti plin argon. Vodena suspenzija Escherichia coli 3014 pripremljena je u čistoj kulturi. Uzorci su tretirani pri različitim uvjetima – vrijeme trajanja tretmana (3, 4 i 5 min), u različitom volumenu (2, 3 i 4 mL) i pri različitim protocima plina (0,75, 1 i 1,25 L/min). Abstract (english)

This study explored the influence of atmospheric pressure gas-phase plasma on Escherichia coli 3014. For plasma generation the noble gas Argon was used. The culture was prepared in a pure aqueous suspension. The samples were treated at different lenghts (3, 4 and 5 min), in different volumes (2, 3 and 4 mL) and different gass flows (0.75, 1 and 1.25 L/min).
