Abstract

Cilj ovog rada bio je odrediti udjel lignana i plastokromanola-8 u uzorcima lanenog ulja iz četiri sorte lanenog sjemena (Altess, Biltstar, Niagara i Oliwin). Uzorci lanenog ulja proizvedeni su laboratorijski postupkom hladnog prešanja i postupkom prešanja prethodno kondicioniranog sjemena uz zagrijavanje glave preše. U provedenim ispitivanjima ustanovljeno je da je γ-tokoferol najzastupljeniji tokol lanenog ulja u rasponu 518,06-694,28 mg kg-1. Drugi najzastupljeniji i karakterističan tokotrienol lanenog ulja je plastokromanol-8, a nalazi se u udjelu od 299,88 – 412,13 mg kg-1. Gledajući udjel ukupnih fenola (28,06 - 34,91 mg kg-1), najveći udjel imali su uzorci sorte Oliwin, a najmanji sorte Altess. Najzastupljeniji fenolni spoj je 4-hidroksibenzojeva kiselina, a najveći udio identificiran je kod ulja sorte Oliwin dobivenog hladnim prešanjem. Laneno sjeme je bogat izvor lignana, ali njihov udio u ulju je vrlo mali i kreće se u rasponu od 1,3 – 3,43 mg kg-1. Najveći udjel lignana imala je sorta Biltstar u oba proizvedena uzorka. Najzastupljeniji lignan lanenog ulja je sekoizolarikirezinol diglukozid koji je u najvećem udjelu zastupljen kod sorte Oliwin.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this study was to determine the yield of lignans and plastochromanol-8 in samples of flaxseed oil from four different varieties of linseed (Altess, Biltstar, Niagara and Oliwin). Samples of linseed oil have been produced by cold pressing and by pressing the pre-conditioned seeds with heating a head of the press. Performed analysis found that γ-tocopherol is predominant tocopherol of linseed oil (518.06-694.28 mg kg-1). The second most common and typical tocotrienol for linseed oil was plastochromanol-8, found in the range between 299.88 to 412.13 mg kg-1. Looking at the share of total phenols (28.06 to 34.91 mg kg-1), the largest share was present in the samples of variety Oliwin and the smallest in variety Altess. The most common phenolic compound is 4-hydroxybenzoic acid and the largest share was identified in oil from variety Oliwin produced by cold pressing. Flaxseed is a rich source of lignans, but their yield in flaxseed oil is very low and ranges from 1.3 to 3.43 mg kg-1. The largest share of lignans had variety Biltstar produced in both samples. The most common lignan of flaxseed oil is secoisolariciresinol diglucoside which is represented in the largest quantity in the variety Oliwin.
