Abstract

Imajući u vidu zanimljiva svojstva urea, dva jaka hidrogen-donorska i jedno akceptorsko mjesto, u okviru ovog su diplomskog rada višestupanjskim sintezama pripravljene nesimetrične ferocenske uree 13a-c. Do sada je opisano niz simetričnih i nesimetričnih urea koje su se pokazale kao potencijalno biološki važni spojevi, koji bi se mogli koristiti kao redoks-aktivne molekulske kutije, receptori iona ili za konstrukciju ionskih cijevi. [29] Nesimetrične ferocenske uree nisu opisane u literaturi te je sinteza takovih derivata koji u svojoj strukturi imaju dvije ferocenske podjedinice različito supstitituirane i povezane ureilenskim mostom, vrlo zanimljiva u svrhu proučavanja upravo navedenih svojstava urea.

Abstract (english)

Within this graduate thesis unsymmetrical ferrocene urea (13a-c) were made using multistep synthesis due to interesting urea properties such as two strong hydrogen donor and one hydrogen acceptor site. Among the series of symmetrical an unsymmetrical ureas described so far in the literature there are many with potentially biological active properties that could be used as redox active molecules, ion receptors or in construction of ion cathode tubes. [29] Unsymmetrical ureas were not yet described in literature and synthesis of its derivate with two different substituted ferrocene subunit bonded through an ureilein bridge will be interesting to investigate.
