Abstract

U ovom radu istraživana je nitrifikacija uz različite početne koncentracije nitrata. Početna vrijednost amonijakalnog dušika je iznosila NH4-N 31 ± 1 mg/L, a početne vrijednosti nitratnog dušika 36,6; 66; 76,7 i 103,3 mg/L. Brzina nitrifikacije u svim pokusima je slična i iznosi 10,5 ± 0,3 mg NH4-Nutrošenog/L,h. Specifična brzina nitrifikacije u svim istraživanim pokusima je slična i iznosi 4,2 ± 0,1 mg NH4-N/g.st.v,L,h. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata možemo zaključiti da istraživane početne vrijednosti koncentracije NO3-N u rasponu 36,6 do 103,3 mg NO3-N/L ne utječu na brzinu nitrifikacije uz početnu koncentraciju NH4-N 31 ± 1 mg/L.

Abstract (english)

In this study we examined nitrification with different starting nitrate concentrations. The initial ammonium nitrogen concentration amounted NH4-N 31 ± 1 mg/L, whereas initial nitrate nitrogen concentrations were 36.6; 66; 76.7 and 103.3 mg/L. The nitrification rate in all experiments was similar: 10.5 ± 0.3 mg NH4-Ndepleted/L,h. The specific nitrification rate in all conducted tests was similar, it amounted 4.2 ± 0.1 mg NH4-N/g.d.w,L,h. Based on the obtained results we can conclude that examined initial concentrations of NO3-N in the range from 36.6 to 103.3 mg NO3-N/L do not affect the nitrifiction rate for the initial NH4-N 31 ± 1 mg/L.
