Abstract

Lipa (Tilia cordata) je biljka od davnina poznata u narodnoj medicini, a rasprostranjena je po cijelom svijetu i ima široki spektar djelovanja na ljudsko zdravlje zahvaljujući komponentama u svom kemijskom sastavu. U ovom radu provedena je izolacija lakohlapljivih i bioaktivnih spojeva primjenom različitih metoda ekstrakcija, dobiveni ekstrakti pročišćeni su preparativnom tankoslojnom kromatografijom i karakterizirani IR-spektroskopijom. OdreĎena masena koncentracija ukupnih fenola u ekstraktu dobivenom klasičnom ekstrakcijom iznosi 125,9 mg GAE na 100 g lipe, a za ekstrakt dobiven ekstrakcijom po Soxhletu 38,82 mg GAE na 100 g lipe.

Abstract (english)

Linden (Tilia cordata) is a plant known for centuries in folk medicine and it is widespread worldwide and has a wide range of effects on human health due to components in its chemical composition. This thesis carried out an isolation volatile and bioactive compounds by applying various methods of extraction, the extracts were purified by preparative thin-layer chromatography and characterized by IR spectroscopy. Certain mass concentration of total phenolics in the extracts obtained by classical extraction is 125.9 mg GAE on 100 g of linden, and the extract obtained by extraction by Soxhlet 38.82 mg GAE on 100 g of linden.
