Abstract

U ovom je radu dobiven biodizel iz jestivih ulja (suncokretova, repičina i sojina) reakcijama transesterifikacije s naglašenim ekološkim pristupom koji se temelji na principima Zelene kemije. U tu svrhu sintetizirana su manje štetna otapala: ionska tekućina 3-butil-1-metilimidazolijev heksafluorfosfat i eutektička smjesa kolin-klorid x Zn2Cl5. Kao djelotvorniji katalizatori korišteni su: sintetizirana eutektička smjesa i lipaza Novozyme 435. Optimiranje reakcijskih uvjeta postignuto je uporabom isplativijeg, ekološki prihvatljivijeg alternativnog procesa, mikrovalne aktivacije. Udjeli zasićenih i nezasićenih masnih kiselina u početnim sirovinama (uljima) i dobivenom biodizelu određeni su plinskom kromatografijom.

Abstract (english)

In this paper biodiesel was obtained from edible oils (sunflower, rapeseed and soybean) by transesterification according to the ecological approach based on the principles of Green chemistry. For this purpose, ionic liquid 3-butyl-1-methylimidazolium hexaflourofosfate and eutectic mixture choline chloride x Zn2Cl5 were synthesized and used as solvents, while the synthesized eutectic mixture and enzyme lipase Novozym 435 were used effective catalysts. Optimization of reaction conditions was achived by the usage of microwave activation, an cost-effective, environmentally friendly alternative processes. Shares of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids in the initial raw materials (oil) and the resulting biodiesel were determined by gas chromatography.
