Abstract

U ovom radu se pratio rad pilot postrojenja koji se sastojao od uronjene ultrafiltracijske (UF) membrane pri obradi otpadne vode od pranja pješčanih filtra u tehnologiji proizvodnje vode za piće. Cilj rada je bio istražiti efikasnost rada i mogućnost uporabe obrađene vode za ponovno korištenje u pranju filtra. Sustav se pratio bez čišćenja membrane u vremenu od 35 dana. Tijekom kontinuiranog rada pratilo se kretanje transmembranskog tlaka (TMP), permeabilnosti membrane i parametara obrađene vode. TMP se neznatno povisio, a permeabilnost se smanjila, čime se može zaključiti da dolazi do čepljenja membrane, ali ne izrazitog, te bi pri jednakim uvjetima rada membrana bila učinkovita i kroz mnogo dulji vremenski period bez potrebe čišćenja. Analizirana je i kvaliteta obrađene vode te je u provedenim analizama zadovoljavala čak i kriterije koje ima voda za piće. Proces je kontroliran i praćen na daljinu putem PLC uređaja.

Abstract (english)

This study observed performance of a pilot plant for treating spent filter backwash water from production of potable water. The plant consisted of immersed hollow-fiber membranes for ultrafiltration (UF). The aim of this work was to investigate the efficiency of the plant and possibility of using processed water for reuse in filter washing. The system was monitored without cleaning the membrane in duration of 35 days. During the continuous work transmembrane pressure, membrane permeability and parameters of processed water were measured. TMP was slightly increased and permeability decreased, which suggests that fouling of membrane occurred, but not in great extent. The membrane would, in the same conditions, be effective in a much longer time period of operation, without necessity for cleaning. The conducted analysis of treated water showed that processed water was in the range for potable water. The process was also controlled with an on-line monitoring PLC device.
