Abstract

U ovom radu prikazan je jedan drugačiji pristup u planiranju prehrane sportaša, a to je putem konceptualnog modela. Konceptualni modeli koriste dijagrame strukture kojima se nastoji dati logični prikaz nekog sustava korištenjem simbola i vizualizacijom problema. U prehrani sportaša, primjer konceptualnog modela je model piramide za prehranu sportaša. Kako svaki ozbiljniji sport znači zapravo individualizaciju te slušanje signala koje tijelo daje, ipak se ne može generalizirati sa količinom makronutrijenata, raspodjelom obroka te izborom namirnica. Iz tog razloga iskusniji sportaši neće profitirati od prikazanih modela, ali je piramida korisna i primjenjiva za rekreativce i osobe koje se tek počinju baviti sportom jer im kao vizualan model daje lakšu predodžbu „što i kako“. Osim konceptualnog modela kroz rad su prikazani i modeli kao što su mentalni, materijalni, računalni te matematički koji mogu poslužiti više kao pomoć pri lakšem razumijevanju problema i lakšem pamćenju nekih stvari koje su početnicima strane i nepoznate.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, through conceptual, models different approach in diet of athletes is shown. Conceptual models use diagrams of the structure which aim is to provide a logical view of a system using symbols and visualization of problems. In sport's, example for conceptual model is an model of food pyramid for athletes. Every professional sport means individualization and because of that, it cannot be generalized with the amount of macronutrients, distribution of meals and choice of food. For this reason experienced athletes would not benefit from the presented model, but the pyramid can be useful and applicable for amateurs and people who just started to play sports because visual model provides a simpler idea "what to do." Except conceptual model through this work, mental, physical, mathematical and computer model are presented. They can help with understanding the problem and facilitate some new things which are unknown to beginners.
