Abstract

Cilj ovog rada bio je dati detaljan pregled važećih zakonskih normi o označavanju i deklariranju proizvoda te izraditi deklaraciju proizvoda na bazi ulja i masti prema važećim propisima Republike Hrvatske. Deklariranje, prezentiranje i reklamiranje hrane je važan dio komunikacije subjekta u poslovanju s hranom i potrošača u pogledu visoke razine zaštite zdravlja potrošača i njihovih interesa. Izrazito je važno osigurati potrošačima ispravne, ne obmanjujuće i jasne informacije o hrani koju konzumiraju. Također je potrebno osigurati dostupnost podataka koji povezuju prehranu i zdravlje kako bi se potrošačima omogućio izbor hrane koji odgovara prehrambenim potrebama pojedinca. Novom Uredbom Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća o informiranju potrošača o hrani omogućena je bolja čitljivost, jasno izražavanje alergena te navođenje tvari koje mogu negativno utjecati na zdravlje ljudi, kao što su zasićene masne kiseline, sol i šećeri.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this work is development of a declaration based on oils and fats according to current Croatian regulations, and provide a detailed review of the applicable legal standards on the marking and labeling of products. Labeling, presentation and advertising of food is an important part of the communication of food business entity and consumers in terms of a high level of health protection of consumers and their interests. It is extremely important to provide consumers with correct, not misleading, and clear information about the food they consume. It is also necessary to ensure the availability of data linking diet and health to consumers, to make choices that matches the nutritional needs of the individual. The new Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the provision of food information to consumers enables better readability, clear expression of allergens and indication substances that negatively affect human health, such as saturated fatty acids, salt and sugars.
