Abstract

Prehrambene alergije pojavljuju se kod sve većeg broja djece diljem svijeta što zahtijeva posebno pridavanje pažnje edukaciji roditelja, djece i odgojnih djelatnika koji se skrbe o njima. Najčešće alergije u djece vrtićke dobi jesu: alergije na mlijeko, jaja i kikiriki. Plan prehrane mora isključiti inkriminirajuće namirnice koje sadrže alergene, ali pritom i zadovoljiti energetske i nutritivne potrebe djece. U ovom radu osmišljen je petodnevni jelovnik koji je prilagođen navedenim potrebama. Isplanirani su doručak, ručak i dvije užine za svaki dan koji se opisuje u jelovniku sukladno poludnevnom boravku djece u vrtiću. Rad sadrži analizu i prikaz jelovnika pomoću konceptualnog modela čiji je cilj bio pojednostaviti isti koristeći različite oblike i boje. Osmišljene oznake ukazuju može li dijete s određenom alergijom konzumirati navedene obroke. Obroci su usklađeni sa preporukama društveno-organizirane prehrane djece u dobi od 4-6 godina.

Abstract (english)

Food allergies are occurring in an increasing number of children around the world and that requires special attention to the education of parents, children and educators who take care of them. Most common allergies are: allergies to milk, eggs and peanut. The diet plan must exclude incriminating food that contains allergens, but it needs to provide adequate amount of energy and nutrients for children. In this project, a five-day menu has been designed and customized to already mentioned special children needs. Breakfast, lunch and two snacks are planned for every day that is described in menu in accordance with the half-day stay of children in kindergarten. Project contains analysis and presentation of the menu using a conceptual model which goal was to simplify it using different shapes and colours. Designed tags indicate whether a child with a specific allergy can consume the specified meal. Meals are coordinate with recommendations of socially-organized diet of children aged 4-6 years.
