Abstract | Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je ispitati utjecaj temperature (80, 100 i 120 °C), statičkog vremena ekstrakcije (5, 10 i 15 min) te broja ciklusa (1, 2 i 3) tijekom ubrzane ekstrakcije otapalima na izolaciju fenolnih spojeva i pigmenata iz lista pasjeg trna. U dobivenim ekstraktima spektrofotometrijski je određen udio ukupnih fenola, klorofila a i b, ukupnih klorofila te antioksidacijski kapacitet. Udio ukupnih fenola određen je u rasponu 69,05-112,96 mg GAE gˉ¹ s.t., udio ukupnih klorofila 0,58-2,36 mg gˉ¹ s.t., udio klorofila a 0,21-0,76 mg gˉ¹ s.t., udio klorofila b 0,21-2,11 mg gˉ¹ s.t., dok je antioksidacijski kapacitet određen u rasponu 766,72-1182,02 μmol TE gˉ¹ s.t. Najviši udio ukupnih fenola dobiven je pri 120 °C/10 min/3 ciklusa, najviša vrijednost antioksidacijskog kapaciteta pri 120 °C/15 min/3 ciklusa, a najviši udio ukupnih klorofila pri 80 °C/10 min/2 ciklusa |
Abstract (english) | The aim of this research was to examine the influence of temperature (80, 100 and 120 °C), static extraction time (5, 10 and 15 min) and cycle number (1, 2 and 3) during accelerated solvent extraction on the isolation of phenolic compounds and pigments from the sea buckthorn leaf. Obtained extracts were spectrophotometrically analyzed for the content of total phenols, chlorophyll a and b, total chlorophylls and antioxidant capacity. The content of total phenols was in range 69.05-112.96 mg GAE gˉ¹ dm, total chlorophylls 0.58-2.36 mg gˉ¹ dm, chlorophyll a 0.21-0.76 mg g-1 dm, chlorophyll b 0.21- 2.11 mg gˉ¹ dm, while antioxidant capacity was in range 766.72-1182.02 μmol TE gˉ¹ dm. The highest yield of total phenols was obtained at 120 °C/10 min/3 cycles, the highest value of antioxidant capacity was achieved at 120 °C/15 min/3 cycles, and the highest total chlorophylls were obtained at 80 °C/10 min/2 cycles. |
